In Armada, Optimus' minicon was named Sparkplug. I also wonder if Sparkplug may eventually become a new version of High Q/Ginrai for an eventual Powermaster upgrade.
The shadowy figures in the attack on Cybertron look like the Combaticons
They are, got revealed in the latest issue.
OK I can definitely see Sparky coming back as a bot. Maybe calling himself Sparkplug at that point.

What if the Ultra Magnus scene is a red herring? It just occurred to me, what if Elita-1 is actually rescuing Alpha Trion? I think the odds are slightly less than 50-50, but what do you think?
Definitely Possible, but I don’t believe it’s Alpha Trion. He holds so much knowledge it would be a foolish move by Shockwave to just torture him so much and leave him for dead.

Me? I would be a TITAN.
Name 'Fortress Decimus'
Alignment 'Nail'
Personality - he would pacifist similar to his brother, but unlike Maximus's pacifism which has a limit. Mine would be at my core of my purpose. Which would mining and refining Energon.
History - built on Nebulon as a none combat TITAN, he would first side with the Autobots up until he started learning more about the history of the Great War and how long it's been going on. At which point he officially parted ways the Autobots, he would take inspiration from the History of Maccadam & the Legend of Alchemist Prime to become a netural party who would travel the Galaxy acting as a safe zone both Autobots & Decepticons (since he has sympathy for his former comrades and he also respect why the Decepticons were originally created).
It would be another wave that’s a Decepticon. Its name would be Deathwave, Sonicwave, or Godwave.
