Everything is within a five minute drive, but from what I’m seeing its not like living downtown and you can walk everywhere if that makes sense

@@wheretoliveindallastexas being a middle age, single professional the urban lifestyle and walkability appeals to me but I’m from a small town - 1 high school 1 middle(jr high) and 2 elementary schools so everything seems bigger to me. Lol. I think deep down I want the life of downtown with the stability and quiet of suburbia. I know that doesn’t exist but a happy mix of both would be nice. Would you consider that to be GP?

You can easily find a single bedroom apartment for $900-$1,200 a month. It varies, but most apartments is incredibly spaces for its prices.
