開店準備からってなかなか見ることがないから斬新でした。毎日食材を運んで並べてって大変な作業をされているのを映像で見て気付かされました。いつも何気なく見ていることも違う角度から見ると楽しいものです。クレープは日本のものと違ってハードタイプでしたね。土鍋に入れるあんかけのジュワーって音は食欲を刺激します。

屋台ってその簡素な佇まいから、料理や工程もシンプルにできるってイメージがあると思うんですが、レストランと何ら変わりない大変な作業がある、っていうのを今回は伝えたくて開店２時間前から密着させてもらいました😄

I had the exact same seafood in HuaHin, Thailand. Let me tell u the freshness of those lobsters and prawns are simply unreal - best seafood I’ve ever had in my life!! The most surprising dish was the river prawn, where the flesh was bouncy and very sweet naturally. My stomach is usually very sensitive to street & seafood, but i was completely fine the night and next days.
The price of those seafood in HuaHin is maybe 30-40% cheaper than in Bangkok, FYI.

I am absolutely amazed at this. Never been out of the USA, but if I ever did, it would be there, lol. Or well maybe a private Island somewhere, which I would never be able to afford. Just saying.

Most street food is a great option with the proviso you are used to Thai food not for the tourist first day off the plane. There is a couple of reasons though the vendors are hygienic it doesn't really matter the food is cooked at such a high temperature no bug or bacteria has a chance. Secondly competition if a vendor started giving their customers dicky tummies word would get around and probably their is another vendor 50 yards away selling the exact same dish at the exact same price.
n.b.Many street vendors will be people who have been cooking that one dish for years maybe decades to state they have it dialled in is an understatement.
