Good to have you back Amanda! Would be interesting to hear why there are so many heavy singles in your programming. Personally I do a lot of 3-5 reps but not so much backdown sets. A little different when you´re an older lifter though:)

Ur performance is absolutely amazing however ever since i saw recent squat accident im worried about all of my favorite lifters
DO NOT SWIM IN THE LAKE ANYMORE. YOU CAN HAVE LEG CRAMPS THAT CAN CAUSE YOU TO DROWN. DO NOT SWIM IN DEEP WATER ANYMORE!!!!
