I have watched for years and am so glad you are still willing to share yourself in this way with "people you don't know". Thank you very much. This video was extra special as there was so much to hear about too.
I used the Osmosis Recovery - took the whole seven bottles, 2 tablespoons a day, and unfortunately, didn't really notice results - I was aiming for less hollows under my eyes. I continue to take the recommended 1 teaspoon a day dosage because I have so much invested in the process and figure the extra Omega oils are beneficial. I am going through the bottles much slower now that I'm down to 1 tsp. a day. I also take one less Omega capsule and Arids eye care pill daily since I am getting the extra Omega oil in Recovery.
Your natural color looks amazing. I'm 64 and stopped coloring my hair a month before my company had us working from home 2 and a half years ago. Love the natural color.

Tammy, I have used seven bottles of the osmosis recovery. I wasn’t so concerned about the fat pads on my face, but more on my behind. there was a big difference on my backside, I think about three bottles did it, seven bottles I didn’t see so much of a difference. I did work in the calories into my diet, and I have an extremely healthy diet to begin with, so I think that’s why I was able to see such a big difference with only three bottles. It did “plug me up” a bit, but for the results, I still think it was worth it. Would love to hear what your thoughts are on it! Oh, I’m 45, with a sensible tummy to begin with, hope this helps!

Tammy, I'm 64 years old and new to your channel. While searching the internet for ladies that have gone gray, I found you. Thank you for sharing with us all of the products that you try. It helps us a lot. I also suffer from tender feet, and I could not explain it like you did nor new there were socks that could help, thank you so much. I like to walk and no matter what shoes I wear I'm always hurting towards the end of the walk.

Tammy I have the same problem with my nails having worn acrylic and gel on them for years and I took them off and I am using the Essie brand base, polish in fabulous colors and then top coat. It absolutely works to keep your nails hard and it stays on very well.

I just bought the briogeo don’t despair repair hair mask and it’s fabulous! I highly recommend if you’re looking for new higher end masks to try. Yes, Magnesium is very important to the body. It is responsible for 300 functions in the body, and the majority of people are deficient in it. However, magnesium in multiple forms is most effective. "Magnesium breakthrough" is an excellent product. You are absolutely correct when speaking about calcium. Most people don't realize that when supplementing calcium it can clog the arteries. Vit-K2 & Magnesium is needed in a balanced ratio in order to take it out of the arteries & into the bone where it belongs. I've known of many women who've (on their Dr.'s recommendation) take just calcium, and that is setting themselves up for a heart attack or stroke. Sadly, many Dr.'s are completely ignorant when it comes to diet & supplementation, as they do not get educated on it properly in medical school. Same goes for their lack of education of menopause. Your natural hair color is just beautiful. I had covid a few months ago and am now going thru the hair loss (telogen effluvium) which is just horrible. Now waiting for my hair to start regrowth. Using lots of thickening and strengthening shampoos and products. Who knew. Thank goodness I had thicker hair, but still, such a scary experience. Thank you for sharing all your products with us.

I bought several of the body butters and an oil. Both products work beautifully on my skin. Both the body butter and body oil melted into the skin. And the scents are lovely. I love fragrances and these are done beautifully. Just enough and not too overpowering.

I bought island coconut, baccarat rouge 540, vanilla sandalwood and toasted Brazilian nut. I love The 540 and the island coconut for the summer. Will layer well with the perfumes I tend to use in the summer. Her description of the fragrances were dead on so I would suggest buying a fragrance that appeals to your taste based in her descriptions. Hope you love them as much as I do if you decide to purchase.

Suggest using Nailtiques (not Nailtek) on your nails to strengthen them. It can be used alone or under polish.
Tammy, Thank you so much for sharing your favorites. I too have long hair & mask at least once a week. I too live where we have blistering heat & high humidity. I add rosemary oil & lavender oil to my shampoo for scalp health, even though I wear a hat when in the 🌞, but it works wonders for removing styling products from the scalp. I do this once a week. On my spa day & I too believe we must take time for ourselves. I mask all over. Hair, face, neck, décolleté, hands & feet. Taking care of my body, inside & out.

Tammy, I like you am a Colleen Rosthchild hair mask fan . Recently my hairdresser suggested I give it a try a new one which is good for dry damage hair . Is the Akashi’s Beauty Argan Oil Mask . After two years of agony, waking up at night, downtime, twice weekly intense physio, dry needling, missing my sport and cortisone shots … I (at 54) finally sorted tendonitis in both arms, on the advice of an Olympic team physio, through exercise. He told me 1. to carry on sailing 2. Gave me an exercise regime to strengthen my upper body. I then maintained it through rowing. I also take glucosamine religiously. Haven’t had a problem now in two years.
So true about diet, I run lean at 63 and my muscles are very defined and yes I work out but not with heavy weights.
I grab some tea and relax with your hour long videos. Impossible for them to be too long. I like them best!

Just stopping by to check on your gray transition and it looks AMAZING!! I’m only just over 3 months in and it’s painful at this point but I’m charging forth full steam ahead! I’ve always loved my hennaed red hair but I reached that point where I just didn’t want to be a slave to color any more. I’ve been wanting to do it for over 3 years but I only recently finally hit that ready point! I hope you’re loving yours because it looks awesome! My red and gray contrast is tough to swallow but I don’t want to damage it by trying to lighten it! 🙏

You got me hooked on the Londontown nail polish. Have you tried the fortifying ridge filler? I really like that as my nails aren't as smooth as they once were and it is also a good base coat. As for the dipped nails -- that should be outlawed. I've done them twice and they totally destroyed my nails. It takes awhile for them to recover. Luckily my nails grow really fast.

Hi Tammy your hair is really sprouting and it's going to be really pretty on you in it's natural colour. Those shoulders are gleaming and the arms are looking good - all that working out is making a difference. I currently have a bright metallic silver on my toe nails - it's sandal season after all (even here in Scotland lol) and it co ordinates with any colour of outfit/sandal.
A current favourite is the colourscience spf50 original and the blush stick spf50. I have super dry, rosacea and eczema prone skin and these don't dry me out the way many mineral spfs can. I also use the blush stick alongside a mineral powder and spray spf for top ups, but my sun exposure is incidental exposure and not beach or other outside activity that takes hours outside. I'm topping up over makeup etc (I want to hide some of the redness), so this is working well for me. The original shade of the bottle of spf is a peachy tone which won't work for me in Winter (fitzpatrick one and cool toned), but for the warmer months I can make it work - I wish they did an untinted version for the really pale folk out here.
For the hair i've been trying the Flora and curl soothe range and I do like it - the conditioner has a lot of slip. That slip is essential for the long, course and curly hair I have, as it's very prone to tangling. I love a silk scrunchie and i'm so glad they made a come back (yes I wore them last time around too). I do hair masks fairly frequently as my hair needs as much moisture as I can give it and is easily overloaded with protein. Protein free masks are an essential in my haircare system. Menopause did a bit of a number on my hair and my already dry/course hair became even drier. I mask every second wash for that reason. Best wishes.

Just back from a FL vacation on Anna Maria Island & OMG! The heat is oppressive & I kept think “ how the hell do you even wear makeup”? Your hair is looking more & more beautiful every vlog!
I’ve been wearing my nails short & black (gel) for over 5 years ( went best w/office attire). My nails are now ruined & you can see the damage from grinding & gel removal. I’ve too keep just cutting them back & they are about 3/4 of the way grown out. I got a Pedi yesterday at a new place & they assured me that leaving them natural is best to grow out the damage.

I placed an order for the ultra light weight Feeture socks. I have neuropathy in both hands and feet so am hoping this brand of socks will ease my foot pain. I have tried alpaca🦙, merino, and diabetic versions. All are expensive but none have helped. 🤞Keeping my fingers crossed for the Feeture brand.

Is there vented hats out there to prevent the head from getting too sweaty? I know there are vented clothes, so maybe hats? I’m starting to get back into masking! I love Dior Homme, I will wear it sometimes, in the colder months.
