I would say hulk but if have the artifact for carnage then you can t4 him
You should try a mighty/brill refinement on hulk. He gets guard broken too much with regen.However, i still think his old uni is better for pvp
Ya refinements will be way better for him I just wanted to see how he preformed
Who should I t4 hulk or carnage
for Timeline i would skip both
And for pve?
