I’m very close to the end of the game and I’ve really enjoyed my time with it soo far. But I’d completely understand if people are put off by the repetitiveness of the game because it does get repetitive. Not the the extent of something like Bravely Default but more like Pokémon Mystery Dungeon. The story, music and characters are great but it might to win everyone over.
Vr games are so cool when you play but watching them makes them seem not fun, but then i remember youre actually moving around, like thats insane. I can't wait for the graphics to improve cause it feels so new and yet like I'm playing a old game at the same time, it's kind of funny.
Nice review. Is it me or for what I see these are Quest 2-level graphics? I mean, this might not be utilizing the additional graphical power a VR capable PC can have. I don't want to say "ripoff" but it is a steep price for what it is, as the reviewer says.
Thank Pantouflard for your comment! I appreciate that. You can clearly see these are Quest 2 level graphics. I have said many times during my playthrough on Twitch that it is very clear they made this game with the Quest 2 hardware in mind. So yeah.... It is for 30 euros... a pretty steep price for what you get. You really have to like these kind of games, and it is perhaps worth a purchase!
Thanks for your comment Sakkat, I it is indeed balanced, but when there are a lot of enemies you have to move, blink and fire a lot at the same time. it get quite hectic at times.
@@laubox Not to mention trying to DPS while managing your health and shield, your items, scrolling through your consumables, and your cooldowns, with multiple wizards coming at you.
Had high expectations and was definitely disappointed combat was ok but they break several cardinal sins of Vr, Moving the character without input, black screen after black screen, objects with no interaction or purpose, NPCs only as set pieces with no interaction. In a VR game don't have a character say " I need these items" and then have paper go from his hand to floating in the air with nothing but squiggles on it. Followed by highlighted objects appearing. It's a fully interactive medium hand me a piece of paper, let me smash a pot to get a potion, let me walk into a tent in the opening hub. Spaces in VR should not be a small square in a larger room with clutter on the edges that you can't walk up to and look at. It's rough I'm sure the story is interesting but you can even tell from the devs lack of ability to pick a tutorial that it lacks direction. Would be a very forgetful flat screen title and is not acceptable at the price in my opinion

this game looks much better than expected on pc. Great review
Thanks for the review! It was very helpful
これは oculus quest 2 のみで pc無しで動けますか。
is this game can run in oculus quest 2 stand alone? without PC?
The words RPG at first turned me off from thinking about the game until some clarification where this is an JRPG thats definitely interesting

this doesn't look fast paced to me.
