Now i understand bakit 250k lang gastos nya, its because of old materials na ginamit nya sa iba, pero kung lahat yan bago i think sa ganyan design aabotin yan nang 500k pataas. Nagpapa gawa ako nang a frame house ngayon, and currently ang nagagastos ko ay nasa 400k na at hindi pa tapos. Its because bago lahat nang materials.
Ang galing! 250k lang. Yung door sa cr, pwede sigurong parang curtain lang since may door din naman from the bedroom to kitchen na pwedeng i lock. And yung aircon, pwede sigurong ilipat sa front. Ay ewan! Haha! Anyway, ganda parin sya. Fresh air pa. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
the idea is beyond, lighting is perfect, but the only thing I care is the tree, if the tree getting older, I don't know how it would be manage, and second, I'm affraid if there's a storm with thunder. could be so dangerous. but over all, this house is a dream house especially for man!
👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 pwede kaya barn door style yong sa bathroom? And his kitchen door can have slats on top so that cool air from the AC would still flow to the bathroom even when closed.
sobrang ganda...i also want to have some tiny house designs yong hindi masyado magastos coz right now we are starting to develop our liittle property and plan to make cabins...hope to hear from you.
I would also like to have a tree house. I built one myself when I was 13y/o on a tamarind tree. My older brother also built one high up . Then again , it was just enough to rest and take a nap but my interest on a tree house is still with me. My requirement in buying a vacation house is a good sized lot with lots of trees and one of those trees should be able to accommodate a tiny tree house. A/C or kitchen is not a requirement . I like your house , you built it to your specification
nice however tight squeeze ung kitchennete magluluto ka i did not see the air circulation ung AC nandun kung saan ung kitchennete issue sa ganun baka kapag lilinisin mo you would see oil accumulation kapag magluluto ka and again ung AC nandun and di ata adviceable ung air circulation di ata sya malamig tapos kung magluluta kung may gagamit ng banyo at magluluto ka diba hussle pero ganda ng design may konting need iimprove sa cr at kitchenette
It's deceiving to say the house cost is 250k considering most of the materials used are excess materials from the owner's other projects/properties or possibly sponsored by suppliers. In my opinion, this build will surely cost more than 250k especially if you do not have the perks of being a contractor like the house owner enjoys.

Since the house is small better i think to use a sliding door para hindi nag bubunguan ang mga pinto.
