    Hyderabadi Biryani is of two types: the Kachchi (raw) yakhni Biryani, and the Pakki (cooked) yakhni Biryani.

    INGREDIENTS
    Marination
    Chicken - 1 kilo
    Youghurt - 4tbsp
    Red chilli powder - 1 tbsp
    Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
    Lemon - 1
    Salt as required or 3 teaspoon
    Ginger garlic paste - 4 tablespoon
    Cardamom pods - 5
    Cloves -8
    Cinnamon sticks - 4
    Mint and coriander leaves 1/2 bnch
    Green chillies chopped of 5
    Garam masala powder - 2 tbsp
    Milk - 1/2 cup
    Few drops saffron essence
    Onions - 4 medium
    Oil - 3/4 cup
    Garam masala powder
    Caraway seeds - 2 teaspoon
    Cardamom pods - 15
    Cloves - 8
    Cinnamon sticks - 8
    Pomegranate seeds 1tbsp
    Meethi 1 tb
    Stoneflower powderr 1 tbs
    Staranisee 1 tbsp
    Fennel seeda 1tbsp
    Cumin seeds black 1 tbsp
    Roast them and grind
    Also mix red chilli powder 1tbsp
    Turmeric powder 1 tsp
    Basmati rice - 4 cups
    Water for boiling
    Salt - 6 teaspoon
    Half a lemon
    Few mint and coriander leaves
    Caraway seeds - 1 teaspoon
    Cloves -7 to 8
    Cinnamon sticks - 3
    Cardamom pods - 5to 10
    Oil - 2 teaspoon
    Layering
    Milk - 1/2 cup
    Few saffron strands
    Clarified butter - 4 teaspoon
    Few Coriander leaves and mint leaves
    Garam masala powder 1 Tbsp
    Green chillies - 4 to 5
