Great views once you got out of the steep climb up through the woods and the loved all the real moody clouds, really made it a sight to behold. The view down Wasdale was great and I need to do Killer Kirk one day and Pillar, the drive over always puts me off to be honest. I felt certain Alyson was going in that stream with only one pole but well done to her! Looked a real good walk and good idea with the 2 cars - well deserved pint too! cheer Alan
Always liked the Illgill ridge. Pretty windy on top but exhilarating as usual. You won't be disappointed with Kirk Fell and Pillar when you eventually do them but you must carry on round and do the circular finishing on Yewbarrow. Thanks for watching
