CONSTITUENCY DEVELOPMENT FUND (CDF) DOCUMENTARY-ZAMBIA

The Constituency Development Fund (CDF) in Zambia has been increased from K1.6m to K25.7m taking effect in 2022. If well implemented ,the Fund promises to facilitate for developmental projects in Zambia's 156 Constituencies. Under the current Constitution ,Local Authorities are charged with the mandate to manage the CDF. However some stakeholders are against the Councils managing the Fund. The documentary explores various aspects of the CDF .
