Coat of arms could backfire if your playing against elves, goblins, etc. Door of destinies could work or if want to go cheaper (but riskier) metallic mimic
I love ur content. I have a very similar deck to this one. I combine endless ranks of the dead with eldrazi monument and grave crawlers. I know ur going for speed, but some games can take longer bc of those annoying board wipes and flyers. Plus I will never run out of blocker and/or attackers.
Fit in 2-3 Cabal Coffers, 1-2 Army of the Damned, 2 (maybe 3) Noxious Ghoul, and 4 Diregraf Colossus. Unless your opponent is playing zombies, this is almost constant board wipes on their side. But the deck you got here seems legit. Gonna adopt some of your ideas and weave them into mine. I've only focused on amassing a horde of zombies and overwhelming my opponent with sheer numbers and menace, but I really like the deathtouch swing to yours.
Zombie decks are so good. I have been toying with the idea of a zombie token deck with the Liliana that doubles your zombies and running with doubling season.
My old zombie deck ran 4 Undead Warchief and Nefashu, specifically for late game finishers. I’d usually have them dead early, but it helps to have a contingency plan. Gempalm Polluter is an amazing way to finish an opponent off too. For land, Cabal Coffers could help stack the mana up if the game gets a ways in.
I had a 100% zendikar/innistrad zombie deck that had basically the same theme. I went 5-1 in my first ever tournament, but only got a foil rift bolt for placing first at the local fnm event lol. Such a fun game, and such a cool, nerdy bunch of people to Get to know and be friends with. Great idea!!! Btw, ot was a vampire nighthawk, bloodchief ascension, vampire hexmage deck. Omg, I loved that deck.
In my past zombie deck I ran the entomb/exhume combo entomb 1swamp - search your library for a creature and put it in your graveyard. Exhume 1 colorless 1 swamp each player puts target creature from your graveyard onto the battle field. So that Grave Titan and 2 2/2 zombies on the field turn 2.

I'm late but an amazing land is Unholy Grotto. It's something like one black mana and flip this card select target creature and put it on top of your library.
Nameless inversion is a card that I have found to be extremely versatile in this deck. Because it Is a Zombie at all times, it Interacts with: Unholy grotto (return removal), Lord of the undeead (same), Undead warchief (costs 1 less to cast), Gravedefiler (can draw it) Graveborn muse (kills her if she is goes out of control).
Nice deck, check out Grave Pact awesome enchantment, then add a sacrifice outlet like that 2/2 zombie that get +2/+2 when you sacrifice a creature to it. Super happy fun time. Death Baron is so awesome all time favorite zombie.
I would sideboard a Coat of Arms, that would help a lot. I would also get rid of one of those 1 drops, and replace it with Graf Harvest. I would also drop the messengers, and put Diregraf Colossus it's cheaper, and a bit better. For the land I would get rid of 2 swamps, and replace them both with Nykthos Shrine to Nyx.
I didn't know that they changed Lord of the Undead to a Zombie. That is good to know; thanks for mentioning it. I have a friend who plays with the goblin from that same set, and we always treated it like it was not a goblin. I checked the rules, and its creature type changed too.
I think if you put a couple "Subterranean hangers" in there and replace "infernal tutor" with "diabolic tutor" and "ultimate price" with "murder" that would improve this deck a little.
Hey I also have a speed zombie deck and for your lands you could add 4 cavern of souls. They enter untapped can add any mana color for the creature type you choose and when you use it for zombie spells they can't be countered. Also you can add Wayward servant since you have Cavern of souls and relentless dead. lol. now you have life gain. If you want to play really risky and speedy add Shepard of rots in. Tap: each player loses life equal to number of zombies you control. lol. then attack. with 2 in play its easy to stack up 10 -12 lose of life not including what you are about to attack with. lol
If you're looking to really stick it up their caboose Mr Moss, get yourself some blasting stations, splash white for solemnity, possibly by using dual lands, then blast that messenger out of here, ping for one using blasting station, messenger returns and blasting station untaps. Rinse and repeat. Zombie combo FTW.
Awesome deck, I've been planning on building zombies but couldn't find a deck I liked that would be a nice guideline. Also you may want to include doom blade; it's 1B and destroys a target non-black creature

Honestly Cryptbreaker could be more powerful in this deck than you think. Since you have so many creatures that come back you can essentially pull two zombies for a major cheep price and tapping one creature, which increases the overwhelm capacity of the deck, though i suppose that's only what I'd do.
Tip... main Grave Titan, find a way I find ways to discard him then pull him back from grave with cheaper cost cards get him and 2 zombies for half the cost and much faster. I do this with 3 to 4 mana. You can use zombify for example. Better cards out there but you get the point. Imagine Grave Titan with +2 +3 +4 and Menace creating an army of other zombies with the same. OP on top of all your other cheap swarm of zombies like Grave Crawler.

You talked about other lands to add. I would suggest Mutavaults, but they aren’t the cheapest. They gain all the tribal bonuses you are throwing around.
I would personally add Demonic Tutor to this deck to pull a card I want (and not have to show it) and Dark Ritual to get more mana out to get things going even faster.
Cryptbreaker is the third best One-Drop Zombie ever printed besides Gravecrawler and Carnophage. A one-of here shows that you do not value card draw high enough.
It's really a shame that the "tutor" cards are all so expensive, good land cards that produce lots are also an arm and a leg. It makes it really hard to get a consistent game, especially when you're running two colours like I am. You just have to hope you get mana of the right colour at the right time and get the cards you need when you need them, with some search library stuff and some beefier lands that wouldn't be a problem but the pay wall is so huge.
I used to have an epic black deck with mostly zombies, whereby (thanks to the Mortal Combat enchantment) if I had 20 creatures in my graveyard, I'd win to game.

Run 4 or 8 green/black duel land...then add "familiar ground" your opponent may not block with more than one creature....this in effect makes your deck unblockable so long as menace is in play...certainly not critical for the the deck, however, could come in handy against super aggro crazies
cabal coffers, army of the damned, and relentless ranks of the undead allow me to quickly outnumber anybody. Noxious ghoul is great for a boardwipe every turn.

For alternate removal I would look into Tragic Slip. It would fit very nicely in the deck.

Dark ritual x4 would allow you to bring some of the higher CMC creatures and sorcories, plus I believe that Liliana would thrive with that deck.
I think a soulless one would do well it gains plus one plus one for each zombie on the battlefield and in all graveyards

I run Crypt Ghast in my Zombie Deck because it makes your Black Mana add one more black Mana to your Mana pool. And it has the extort ability.
A good card to put is gray merchant of Aspidall

Don't forget Undead war chief powers himself up as well with +2 +1. So he enters the battlefield as a 3/2.

I have been building decks that are based on game of thrones. So I have a white walker deck and had to run a giant as well as a zombie dragon.

Its a sorcery what costs 6 mana, you may put 3 2/2 black zombie creature tokens onto the battlefield.
