Really love the fact that they are ending Part 1 with the demise of Boruto Uzumaki. With Part 2 we wil have left behind Boruto Uzumaki and continue with Boruto Otsutsuki
If you think about it, they will probably make a movie with the remaining chapters that haven’t even finished in the manga. It’ll show a lot of emphasis on how much has changed since the last “Boruto Movie”. Specifically, this will show the scene of momoshikis infamous line haunting boruto.
Fr I’m hyped for Dragonball Z Budokai Tenkaichi 4 as a DBZ fan first before Naruto but I think Naruto/Boruto storm connections has a lot of potential if they do things right.
If Boruto Part 1 actually ends after episode 293, then that would indeed be a pretty crazy but weird way to end the show. With OG Naruto and Shippuden, OG Naruto ends before the time-skip and Shippuden starts at the time-skip. With Boruto though, the manga is still not at the time-skip yet. If the Boruto Part 1 anime is not going on hiatus but instead ending at episode 293, then the Boruto Part 2 anime will continue directly after episode 293 with no jump in time.

I think there will be another village arc but a cloud village one, the cloud village hasnt been shown in boruto in any arc so far yet while we have seen the others not only once but twice in some instances The Cloud/Kumogakure was said to be the most advanced re : tech a good while ago but the leaf has surpassed them again because of acquiring amado, but they did have that thing in the naruto the last film, which was a laser weapon if i recall, , theres a few things that will need to be done before TS unless they intend on doing it as flashbacks to fill in the gap years of the timeskip and explain how things came to their eventual conclusion which is the fight between Kawaki and Boruto at the start of the series

Happy the animators will be getting a break, I wish it was longer to give the manga a larger buffer ( the anime started when the manga was on chapter 5/6 in the middle of the chunin exams/ momshiki arc). I think they will pull a black clvoer where we will see a little bit of training from the next gen and then skip forward to where we see boruto's new design. And since the anime has been running for pretty much 6 years now, they better start making more interesting anime canon. For me, animation can fail here and there (its normal), but just make the anime canon more interesting at least.
Hopefully when they come back for party 2 they're able to create some hype moments for side characters. That way they can fill in the gaps with things happening during the main arc.
They need the break and for the manga to get ahead…like 287 to 293 is literally almost a year of reading from ch 58 to 66 but it flows so quick in the anime but not because it’s paced bad it’s just they need to at least do bi weekly or they gone run into the same problems
Also if they do the timeskip in the next 4 chapters, when boruto comes back they'd have 15 chapters jump into the timeskip and be right back in filler hell. They need to make the Manga weekly or do a dragon ball super and just let the anime and Manga do their own things while following an outline.
I think that we are like 3 to 5 chapters to go into the times So they will probably drag the anime a bit to allow for the timeskip to be 10 chapters or something in to be able to make filler and stuff
The only problem is that they still have one arc left to adapt before they can do the time skip which includes Deida betraying Code and switching Kawaki, Kawaki sealing Naruto and Hinata is a separate dimension, and Deida using omnipotence.
I also do think that it is best to go in hiatus it will give them time to catch up to everything and make the animation a whole lot better and the production of it and all 3 to 4 months is a lot and i just cant wait for Part 2 to come out but i guess we just gotta wait itll be good for the animators to get a break and make the animation and production wayy better so the next time we see the anime the animation and production are gonna be AMAZING! i never hated on this series and i never will let boruto COOK!
I think a good place to stop would be when born to has to leave the village after his father gets transported to different dimension like what Kanak said would happen in episode 1 beginning that should kawaki and baritone future and their bout to and music playing to end the part 1 of the anime

Honestly they should’ve just left that absorption shit specifically to boruto considering Momoshiki already had the ability to absorb with the karma only removing the amplifying part of it but Kawaki having absorption plus his shrinking ability makes it very hard to fight his ass it’s like a cheat code bruhh the sad part is he’s not even using it at it’s full capacity compared to Isshiki then we Got Momoshiki Bitch ass who only use rasengan and taijutsu instead of using his own damn abilities and mixing it up’ he actually has jutsu’s that can give kawaki a hard time or even counter some of his abilities.
