If only it was a true to design model and not a modified Second Form-Cell/Semi-Perfect Cell, but I understand the amount of work Artemis had to put in to do such a thing without a Cell Max game model to work with.

The fact that 21 VA is the same VA who voice 21 Gohan in Gohanverse is makes me smile. Her performance as 21 in Gohanverse was outstanding,cute,and full of energy as 21 pretty well. Also it makes me thinking if Baby Gohan from Dai universe ever search other 21 from different universe.

Well Cell was clearly invited there so maybe Gero gave him coordinates or maybe created an artificial ki signature that Cell could lock on too.
