Hi German here, saying nobody knows to what purpose the Hakenkreuz Wald was created is very misleading planted in the 1930s clearly indicates the Förster of this particular part of Forrest was sympathising with the NSDAP. Be clear about stuff like that. It’s not swastika Forrest it is a Hakenkreuz and they represent a mirrored swastika. I love your content btw

I live in Charleston South Carolina, in the West Ashley area. We have a street right around the corner from my home named Raoul Wallenberg Drive. I thought that he was someone from one of the many old Charleston families in the past but here I learned that he was so much more. Thanks for the education!!!

They contributed to our space race to save their skin. However, I still have a hard time with it. As it feels a bit tainted. Every time I see a picture of Wernher Von Braun on one of those old NASA promotional videos, my skin crawls because I know what he was but being a military veteran, I understand their position at the time. The Nazis were no longer an imminent threat but the Russians were and that took priority. I've had to do some distasteful things while serving, but we had to and did get the job done. This is how we stay on top. Ruthless efficiency.
I like the channel and I watch all the time, but for this video I have three suggestions: 1) I see the audio changed in the middle of the video. I would have made that into two separate videos, part 1 and 2. It sounds strange. 2) Someone went crazy with the SFX in the first part (before the audio changes) and that was very distracting and annoying. 3) Between each segment, when you change topics, give it a second or two. You go from one topic to another with no pause and it gets a bit overwhelming. Just my suggestions to improve your videos even more. I do enjoy your content.
I told you that the Germans were the first to go to the Moon, as well as Mars. Their space program got started in the 1920s. Well the u.s. did pardon and import many Nazi scientists. But they had to work for our government. Especially on the space race.
