जम्मू-कश्मीर में बने दुनिया के सबसे ऊंचे रेलवे पुल चिनाब नदी से लगभग 359 मीटर ऊपर बना है और एफिल टॉवर से 35 मीटर ऊंचा है. जम्मू-कश्मीर प्रशासन इस पुल को पर्यटक आकर्षण के रूप में विकसित करने की योजना बना रहा है. चिनाब रेल पुल के निर्माण में कुल 30,000 मीट्रिक टन स्टील का उपयोग किया गया है. इस पुल का निर्माण 1486 करोड़ की लागत से किया गया है. यह 260 किमी प्रति घंटे तक की हवा की गति का सामना कर सकता है. इस ब्रिज का निर्माण उधमपुर-श्रीनगर-बारामूला रेल लिंक परियोजना के तहत किया गया है
