When I lived with my grandparents as a child and they were still allowed to slaughter pigs on the farm, we were rendering bacon in the same way.

No entiendo por qué no hacen los fuegos, a la altura de ellas, para no andar agachándose, es muy poquita las personas que lo hacen, pero la que lo hacen, hacen una cocinas preciosas, y desde luego con un buen estilo, y la saben hacer además, unas con más medios, y otras con menos, igual que todos los demás.
