"Veda" means "farewell" in Turkish. I think it's so meaningful so I thought you should know!
Veda also means “knowledge” in slavic languages. My fav. derived word from veda is vedma which translates to “oracle” ✨

Sanskrit has enormously influenced the Slavic group of languages, although very few people are aware of that. The Proto-Indo-European language theory supports the fact. It is truly amazing how every single thing in this world has got a proper explanation for its existence if we open our hearts and minds. :)

Hello! About 2-3 years ago, I got into witchcraft. And when I discovered that, all my friends ditched me. Eventually they told the whole school that I was a witch, and needed to be hanged. Then I met someone who also loved witchcraft, crystals, tarot cards, candles, essential oils, incense and more ! we are still best friends to this day. and your videos have also helped me cope with a a lot of stuff, along with my friend, we watch your videos a lot of FaceTime! Thanks for being awesome :)

I’m Mir or Kat, both of which are nicknames for my more proper names, obvs. I’m 30, but unfortunately due to some...stressors, am still struggling with mental illness/physical health, employment, and having to move home again. I try not to beat myself up over it; I’m luckier than many that I even can. You just always want to be independent, I suppose, but I don’t think it’s healthy for me. And maybe the world would be better if we stopped beating ourselves up and expecting it. Ah well.
I’m Jewish, but my mother is a witch, so I buy her “witchy” gifts and bring her things for her altar that I find on my walks in the woods near our house. I really...love being outside in the early morning. I still think I might be a night owl but it’s hard to beat 5AM quiet. It’s very peaceful, and I’m sure it’s good for me.
Massachusetts is beautiful! And you know I’m biased against it because I live in New York lmao. I will be loyal and say that upstate NY is the superior version of what makes MA pretty (note: they are basically the same until you get to cities lol). England is beautiful too, tho I preferred Ireland personally. I keep thinking if I get my life together I’d love to live there. My family’s from there, is involved in some history, etc. It’s all very atmospheric.
I hope you continue to have a growing and happy journey, with regards to your sexuality. I’m a lesbian too, and....it really can be so hard. Coming out is so frightening every time, and I had so many very bad times of it. I try to remind myself that the world is changing, that even if I’m always jumpy and judging myself (but never other sapphics, I love all y’all), I can still see those changes. There was a time when I couldn’t imagine ever being able to talk about these things, and yet here we are. It’s...wild to still expect things to go bad, and then str8s look at you like you’re crazy. But I guess they have the option to forget. But that’s the trauma, isn’t it? My friends talk about racism the same way, that they’re always on guard. I know I still freeze up Jewishly sometimes, especially upstate. Breaks my heart that we’re all in it.

Favourite flower: There is this beautiful orange and yellow lilly called the "dragon lilly" which I really love! It's super pretty :)
And favourite childhood (picture)book: there are actually 2! (And I'm still absolutely in love with them :D) the first one is about this little witch who makes a journey on her broomstick while she flies along and meet the strangest of things! It's also a really big book with amazing drawings!
The second one I love is a French book which my grandma bought for me in France and then got it translated for me :)
But it's this bizar story about 2 little trolls that go to bed and in their dreams they try to return to their bed :p and they encounter the most bizzare and beautiful things! And the art is just everything!!!

I'm Hannah, also 26. Leo sun and moon, Taurus rising. Similar outlook on soulmates. I prefer to spend my late mornings/afternoons working on my own stuff (minus days off), so evenings would ideally be spent with an s/o or friends - I hate being by myself in the evenings. Little me was a compleately different person to who I am now, and if I had something to say to her, she probaby wouldn't have listened. But she would have been equal parts in awe and terrified of me. I'm also a lesbian; I've had one longterm relationship with a woman, we lived together for a year and had 2 dogs, but that was 2 years ago.

I'm a taurus too! I just turned 25 last month and it's been such a wild ride. I was so unhappy with my job that I just quit without having anything else lined up so that was really scary. It was in customer service so you can imagine how draining it was. I guess I must be good at it though because the customers were so sad about me leaving lol. One lady actually runs a vintage store and she told me to come in so I'm working there 2 days every week in the meantime but right now I'm just trying to figure out what I want to do with my life. In a weird way, it feels like everything is ending and beginning all at once. Idk, I think I should be more freaked out but I mostly just feel that I'm on the right path in life. It just sucks feeling like everyone else around you has it all figured out already. Was this too much sharing? Lol sorry, but thanks for sharing some stuff too. Another thing I'm from India and according to Indian Astrology, your moon sign is what you are, your core self basically in short. I'm a Taurus moon, virgo sun , capricorn rising and even I'm not able to understand when I'm acting like which sign although i resonate with all the three signs.
I guess it's a very wrong thing esp. when people put blame on their zodiac signs for anything wrong they do.
