I'm trying to set up this printer on my Windows laptop and using the "Add printer" function, all I get is "Failed" whenever I try to add the printer. So I tried adding it to the network using the printer's control panel, but I don't understand what is meant by "Pre-shared key". I've never had such a key. Do you mean the network router password?
