Im getting Connection Not Established when I open the application. But I am using the Ktag box, red PCB-China, I just have the box connected to the 12V supply and the USB cable connected. I have not connected any cables to the ECM. Maybe you can give me some advice? Any help is much appreciated!
Hello. if you think you have made the connections properly try to adjust the current to 13V. if the board is not rework the parts are not quality. I remember that once I managed to connect to 13.8v. If nothing happens, try to supply the ECU separately with 12.V.

The software error is due to the Ksuite program not communicating with the kess device. There are several searches and remedies: 1. change the usb port and reinstall the driver. 2.reinstall the Ksuite software again. 3. use a new usb Cable. 4. reinstall a new Windows and Ksuite software. 5. this tool have a chip protection on Board (the UL46 USB chip), must be replaced. 6. FTDI chip problems (needs to be replaced). Try the first numbers to see if you fix the problem(1 to 4 ).

Hello. 1. appears because your card was written incorrectly. 2. the card makes no contact on the board and cannot be read (remove it and clean the area with alcohol). 3. if you still unpacked it, program the card.

1. I should try and re-write the card first,
2. If that fails try reinstall the programme and windows on PC?
3. If that fails then purchase new SD card? Correct?
