I think the dumbest moment is yugioh is during Duelist Kingdom where for ONE EPISODE where Joey was fighitng Mai that "Land based monsters are weak to flying monsters"
The dumbest thing I remembered was when the dice dude (I forgot his name tbh, I think it was Duke something) lost at his own game to a guy that literally never played that game.
And if Yugi lost, Duke would've said that there's no way Yugi beat Pegasus in DM which is a completely different game that Yugi actually knows the rules to. Dukes logic for that was questionable.
For me it's probably the first duel against Joey and Kaiba where Joey literally just lost all his skills and became the unga bunga man by just using normal monsters
Granted, Duelist Kingdom rules are pretty ill defined, who knows what kind of BS could’ve been pulled, but I don’t think Joey had any chance of winning that duel against Kaiba outside of Time Wizard. Besides, it was a pretty important character flaw he had to overcome that he didn’t have the discipline to play defensively at that point. That’s what helped make him such a great character, that he eventually learned from that loss.
the dumbest shit i’ve seen in yugioh is probably when they rely on that weird permanent,invisible ink on their hands to get a friendship zenkai boost so yugi can clutch it by obliterating his opponent with gamma the magnet warrior

Trying to think of a dumb moment not from season 1 of the anime as it’s full of them. With that being said, I would say that honour goes to a moment from 5Ds where it was the tournament and it was the opponents who were going for the deck out win condition and all the opponent had to do was pass on his turn and Yusei would automatically lose. Instead he gets talked into attacking with his monster that turn and loses the duel due to a high def monster
To be fair, burn/mill decks are looked down upon and Jean didn't feel right winning that way. He thought he should take the honorable route and finish Yusei with piercing damage which _would_ have won him the game anyway. A lot of people take this route too so it's not entirely unrealistic.
That one dumb yugioh moment that made me think it could work in real life, as a kid watching yugioh, was a part in Pegasus island where Kaiba threw a card right in front of a pistol's hammer to stop it from shooting. I remembered telling myself I'd learn card throwing for situations like that but then I grew older...
Magical hats could be a good option to this deck since it can directly set the dragon spell cards from the deck and destroy it during the end of the battle phase
running a danger engine would improve the deck since you can mill and draw cards at the same time also put saryuja skull dread in your extra deck for more draw power

Been loving the master duel content. Master duel is my first experience actually playing yugioh and it's really fun. I've been playing on and off for almost 2 months and finally hit Platinum a few days ago.
This was a pretty neat deck. I think adding Metalfoes Fusion would help a lot. You only need 1 copy, and is very much worth the risk of playing. If the card is in your graveyard, you can return it to the deck, then draw 1 card. Could help a great deal.
That was really unfortunate duels and especially at the end the fact the one card you needed was literally the bottom of the deck feels bad lol. I think it was probably you wasted all your luck from your gamble deck that's probably why did you have the cards you needed

I've been a yugioh fan since it's inception, and you are hands down the most entertaining person I've ever watched play this game. I beg of you to make more Master Duel content.
A bruh moment was when I was watching my younger sibling play. Went against an Exodia deck that spent turn 1 tryna mill his deck or whatever for Exodia. The combo felt like it lasted half an hour but the funny thing is the guy probably messed something up so the guy just ended up surrendering on that same turn 1. Tbh had the guy played anything else he would've won. My sibling was testing out a Kozmo deck we called War Stars cuz we found it funny how it's literally just a Star Wars archetype. But at that time the deck was still pretty meh since we weren't sure what the archetype was lacking and stuff. Imo Kozmo could use some more traps and spells. Hopefully the archetype gets more support in the future. Edit: You know it would be cool if you made a Kozmo video. The Star Wars jokes alone would be enough content tbh.
Oh shit timaeus! I went down a rabbithole with these cards a bit ago, because I was interested where claw of hermos in your dice deck comes from. Turns out it's from this "legendary knights" archetype along with eye of timaeus (which is the popular one) and whatever of critias! Very interesting!
the infinite attack points isnt bs though, the explanation is. the card will equal the attack points of what it is attacking and when destroyed, it brings back its fusion materials back to the field. After the Ouroboros creature was sent to the graveyard, you can see the knights of legend on the field, implying both creatures were destroyed.
No, in the anime Timaeus the Knight of Destiny doesn't gain attack equal to the attacked monster, instead has the attack of the knights used to summon him, and Yugi used some dumb anime bs to make Hermos and Critias loop off of each other to gain infinite attack points
if you run 3 "Pot of Dichotomy" in your deck you get a higher chance of move the card you need from the button of the Deck so you less likely to deck out. and run all the fusions that come with: The Eye of Timaeus, The Claw of Hermos and The Fang of Critias to give you more outs. because you are just using one trick with back up. . . . . or you could just run 3 Earthshattering Event cards.
Doto this video was awesome lol. If you're looking for other ways to draw cards, you should try out danger monsters and saryuja. Dangers are basically gambling upstart goblins on legs, and saryuja with 4 materials is basically a graceful charity. A couple other wonky things to keep in consideration are Beatrice since she can send whatever you want to the grave (honestly the whole BA archetype might help mill), darkworld dealings, dragged down into the grave, hand destruction or needlebug nest. Hell, you could even use magical hats to get 2 of the dragon spells out. These arent as solid picks, but just things to be aware of bc you never know when they could be useful. Keep up the great work man, always look forward to these videos!

Yo, quick tip that came to my mind watching the first replay. You add reiden to mill and have foolish burial goods in hand. So you choose to use foolish and then Raiden. So the tip is to do the opposite. First Raiden, then foolish. Cause if you foolish first, you have only one target in deck for Raiden, which makes it less likely for it to hit what you want. I know it's not that big of change, but it might matter. Anyway, the fact that you made a deck with these knights is so cool, I loved it 😂
Dipping into my favorite YGO, I think the dumbest moment would probably be the Dubbed scene at the graveyard in 5ds, where they literally edited out the graveyard so all the characters are deadass just staring at grass. It's so bad.
Any 4Kids edit could take the cake. Like, for example, when Pegasus' goons come to take Kaiba away and they're just pointing at him. Menacingly. (Since they edited the guns out, of course) Or Tristan's "the sun will rise" comment on the boat.

I replied on Twitter already but you can try Magical Hats! Before Foolish Burial Goods was printed in 2017, people were using Magical Hats to dump multiple spell/trap cards from the deck in the GY. That way, you can specially dump the Legendary Dragon cards. Maybe even use Trap Trick to get to your Magical Hats as Well.
Whenever I play the knights I also run noble knights engine and three copies of each dragon and their fissions since you are running reasoning, also you need emergency provisions and pot of avarice since it keeps filling your deck back up, to not deck out.
Yo doto, do you remember the trap card Magical Hats? It sets two spell/traps from your deck as monsters and then sends them to the grave at the end of the turn. It's a great fun card to quickly mill multiple specific backrow cards, I think you could've used it there. Yugi used it all the time, too, so it's fitting!
Since you already have Isolde, you could just load up on equip spells and mill while summoning any warrior from deck, which can also help you mill. Plus there are equip cards that dig and have GY effects, and things like Moon Mirror Shield (which is basically infinity +100 lol), and many other great cards to hit.
You should use “the wicked avatar” or the level 10 D/D/D effect monster (I forgot the name). The wicked avatars effect is “equal to the highest attack +100. And the D/D/D is “during damage calculation, this monster attack is equal to the battling monsters original attack times 2” so as long as it hasn’t been buffed, you always win those
One of the dumbest (but also hypest) duels in the series was Yuma vs Eliphas in Zexal 2, where Eliphas was blatantly cheating, by drawing whatever he wanted from the deck and constantly evolving his Xyz monster with Rank-Up Spells, until it eventually reached an impossible Rank 13.

Watching game 1 I was impressed how many spells you played in possible imperm columns. Like even when u tornado dragoned, u used ur spell in the column with the facedown. U won but its just something to keep in mind in the future

Slash draw is a card that let's you mill cards equal at the cards that you opponent's control then draw 1 card, if not other copy of itself you can return the same amount of cards you milled
In order to fully use those cards, I have to use Gaia since their (Warrior-Dragon) monsters with special Summoning effects and can draw 3 Discard 1 per battle Piercing damage

Bro I play this same deck in Duel Links and I swear the legendary dragon cards are always at the bottom of my deck. I remember once milling all but 3 cards from my deck on my first turn and still missing 2 of them. The deck is cursed.
Actually, the Infinite Attack Points +1 never existed, Yugi was saying that Timeus has an Attack beyond infinity, but is still Infinity. Yugi just won that duel because: Dartz and Yugi didn't have life points left, they are still dueling because of specific effects, for Dartz, was the Serpent Geh, is that monster is destroyed, Dartz will loose, and by the effect of a Trap Card, Yugi summons Dark Magician Girl, and if she is destroyed, is the same for him. Yugi just destroyed Geh with Timeus, there for, Dartz is defeated, because both monster has Infinite Attack Points, Infinite isn't an actual number. BUT anyways, is was the Anime, is was ridiculous but cool at its time. But yeah, that's it, people just created a Mandela's Effect thinking there was Infinite +1.
Actually it was infinity plus 2 because darts controlled one single monster that had infinite attack while yugi controlled three monsters that had infinite attack potential so as he put it he used two of his monsters that had the potential for infinite attack and bounced their attacks back against each other until they equaled Infinity, in other words his two monsters attack then became infinite and tied the serpent's attack and then his third knight over shot the infinite attack of the serpent's attack stat and killed him so obviously for him to go over infinity it had to be infinity plus even though it wasn't clearly just flat out stated infinity plus one... Also take a shot for every time I said infinity lol ☠️👻
Pretty sure Timaeus the Knight of Destiny was destroyed by that battle, with Yugi resummoning the 3 Knights of Atlantis with the Floating effect. Which would make Timaeus merely have ∞ ATK, just like Geh.

I replied on Twitter already but you can try Magical Hats! Before Foolish Burial Goods was printed in 2017, people were using Magical Hats to dump multiple spell/trap cards from the deck in the GY. That way, you can specially dump the Legendary Dragon cards. Maybe even use Trap Trick to get to your Magical Hats as Well.

Whenever I play the knights I also run noble knights engine and three copies of each dragon and their fissions since you are running reasoning, also you need emergency provisions and pot of avarice since it keeps filling your deck back up, to not deck out.
props for the banish dude to actually use more infernity cards besides Inferno Tempest
Yo doto, do you remember the trap card Magical Hats? It sets two spell/traps from your deck as monsters and then sends them to the grave at the end of the turn. It's a great fun card to quickly mill multiple specific backrow cards, I think you could've used it there. Yugi used it all the time, too, so it's fitting!

Since you already have Isolde, you could just load up on equip spells and mill while summoning any warrior from deck, which can also help you mill. Plus there are equip cards that dig and have GY effects, and things like Moon Mirror Shield (which is basically infinity +100 lol), and many other great cards to hit.

You should use “the wicked avatar” or the level 10 D/D/D effect monster (I forgot the name). The wicked avatars effect is “equal to the highest attack +100. And the D/D/D is “during damage calculation, this monster attack is equal to the battling monsters original attack times 2” so as long as it hasn’t been buffed, you always win those
One of the dumbest (but also hypest) duels in the series was Yuma vs Eliphas in Zexal 2, where Eliphas was blatantly cheating, by drawing whatever he wanted from the deck and constantly evolving his Xyz monster with Rank-Up Spells, until it eventually reached an impossible Rank 13.

Watching game 1 I was impressed how many spells you played in possible imperm columns. Like even when u tornado dragoned, u used ur spell in the column with the facedown. U won but its just something to keep in mind in the future
When the they pulled a second macro i lost it, the extra preparation for every situation

Slash draw is a card that let's you mill cards equal at the cards that you opponent's control then draw 1 card, if not other copy of itself you can return the same amount of cards you milled
In order to fully use those cards, I have to use Gaia since their (Warrior-Dragon) monsters with special Summoning effects and can draw 3 Discard 1 per battle Piercing damage

Bro I play this same deck in Duel Links and I swear the legendary dragon cards are always at the bottom of my deck. I remember once milling all but 3 cards from my deck on my first turn and still missing 2 of them. The deck is cursed.
Actually, the Infinite Attack Points +1 never existed, Yugi was saying that Timeus has an Attack beyond infinity, but is still Infinity. Yugi just won that duel because:
Dartz and Yugi didn't have life points left, they are still dueling because of specific effects, for Dartz, was the Serpent Geh, is that monster is destroyed, Dartz will loose, and by the effect of a Trap Card, Yugi summons Dark Magician Girl, and if she is destroyed, is the same for him.
Yugi just destroyed Geh with Timeus, there for, Dartz is defeated, because both monster has Infinite Attack Points, Infinite isn't an actual number. BUT anyways, is was the Anime, is was ridiculous but cool at its time. But yeah, that's it, people just created a Mandela's Effect thinking there was Infinite +1.
Actually it was infinity plus 2 because darts controlled one single monster that had infinite attack while yugi controlled three monsters that had infinite attack potential
so as he put it he used two of his monsters that had the potential for infinite attack and bounced their attacks back against each other until they equaled Infinity,
in other words his two monsters attack then became infinite and tied the serpent's attack
and then his third knight over shot the infinite attack of the serpent's attack stat and killed him
so obviously for him to go over infinity it had to be infinity plus
even though it wasn't clearly just flat out stated infinity plus one...
Also take a shot for every time I said infinity lol ☠️👻
Pretty sure Timaeus the Knight of Destiny was destroyed by that battle, with Yugi resummoning the 3 Knights of Atlantis with the Floating effect. Which would make Timaeus merely have ∞ ATK, just like Geh.
