AlUla was the capital of the ancient Lihyanites (Dedanites). The governorate contains the first UNESCO World Heritage Site in the Saudi Kingdom, called Hegra (also known as Al-Hijr, or Mada'in Saleh / Mada'in Salih), 22 km (14 mi) north of the city. Hegra (Mada'in Salih) was built more than 2,000 years ago by the Nabataeans. AlUla, the ancient walled city, is packed with mud-brick and stone houses.

Ang ganda talaga dyan kabayan, malapit lang saamin pero hindi ko pa nakita yang elephant rock pa daan2 lang ako sa Al Ulla, ingat po kayo sa byahi kabayan.

Hindi naman po kelangan mag avail ng tour package but I suggest to book a seleted tour prior to your trip para di kayo maubusan ng slot. www.experiencealula.com/en

Did u drive by car or bus?
Did u chose a travel agency?

Hi, we travelled by car from Rabigh, it's a 6 hrs drive. Booked a hotel room and tour packages prior to the trip. You may do the same, just book a hotel at booking.com and visit www.experiencealula.com for tour packages. Another option is through travel agency.
