The Great Circus Mystery Starring Mickey and Minnie (Hard) Speedrun -

Hard mode speedrun of the Great Circus Mystery Starring Mickey and Minnie, NTSC-U version, done on Super Famicom.
Quite a big improvement! Still some slop in level 3 and 4. But I got good Pete and Cloud RNG. This category now has a decent speedrun.
A mid/low 23 is possible with better execution and more aggressive strategies. For instance, skipping the heart in world 4 would save 7.5 seconds.

You might go sub 23 with an easier level speed run. Select easy or normal, instead of hard and you will have more hit points to begin with, then you can skip that upgrade in stage 4. Also, if you grabbed those blocks and broke through on stage 4, you would have more lives to play with, then you can skip that upgrade, even if you were still playing on hard mode. Remember: fewer deaths means more lives and more lives means more health.

That is why there are other speedrun categories for the other difficulty levels. I actually have a sub-20 run of this game on Easy.
