LOVE IT! YES! 2ND FLOOR CR! I love the fact that its such a party house! The only things I would change:
1. I would remove the front door porch.
2. I would remove the bar counter on the first floor para lumuwag.
3. I would lengthen the canopy on the deck to cover maybe half of the balcony.

Belo projeto. Gostei do acesso para o telhado com duas opções interno como externo.
No meio caso seria somente com dois quartos o terceiro junto ao terraço faria a lavanderia.

May I request minimalist/aestetic interior design for peninsula homes general trias Cavite 34 sq meter.with kitchen and small nook bar. for 2nd floor one room and the other one instead of room make mini terrace to see who is in the dining area. Thanks
And also exterior and interior designs minimalist/aesthetic designs for 3 story house with roof deck for 23-29 sq meter with the ff:
Ground floor: 1 small bedroom for elderly, living room, kitchen, dining with nook bar, bathroom
2nd floor: 2 bedroom with 1 Terrece, 1 bathroom if possible
3rd floor: roof deck with 1 bedroom, bathroom if possible

This is it, I love it this what I plan my house.
Impractical way to get upstairs (spiral stairs) bedroom and balcony area, weird, living room area to small. Outdoor kitchen area needs a weather proof window. Make laundry indoors, not everyone is tropical.

love the balcony concept, you can transform the other roof as a balcony as well by adding a passage from the bedroom, in that way it becomes a private balcony

Provincial rate yes. Pero kung sa NCR aabutin ng 2 to 3 million
Beautifully designed!!! But I would like to protect my washer/dryer and this house does have a place (room) to build a utility room. Or else build a garage with a large space for a utility room. A car is an asset you want to protect too.
