Yes one day at a time that’s it and if you’re so sick you can start with a minute then 5. 10. 30 1hr 3hr 24hr. I’m 2 years but still have to only do 1 day at a time l went to AA and listened to drunks who haven’t drunk for years THEY WERE ALL SO HAPPY FUNNY AND HONEST ABOUT THIER PAST. I WANTED WHAT THEY HAD l didn’t believe life could get soo goood but against my own doubts and good judgement IT FREAKEN HAS AND MUCH MORE THAN I COULD DARE TO DREAM😂❤😂😢😮😅😊🎉 you still get crap days but boy can you can handle them better not perfect l am not a saint 😂
