Lord Jesus have shown us how a HUMan evolve into a being ready for Gods Kingdom of heaven, and it is HUMility :D You have to fight for it 😊😂🎉 Fight for the love of Jesus, love the fight of jesus! ❤ Thank you Mark , once again you bring true revelation to my thoughts.

Oh, so telling my boys if they want to live a long life they need to honor their father and mother wasn’t “exactly” the correct way to quote of that scripture! 😂😂

The Lord doesn't tell us to do things in Scripture that we can't do, there's nothing loving about that. So, when Jesus tells us to be perfect as the Father in Heaven is perfect, it does not mean perfectly sinless in every way (even though we should open ourselves up to the Lord to do that work in and through us as we grow and mature in the faith with Him and others every day - hence pick up your cross where sins go every day) but it does mean we should follow Jesus to Calvary so our sins can die and we can be resurrected with Him but without them.
That's part of the ongoing walk with Jesus for all faithful disciples that we can't do without Jesus, and He doesn't want us to do without others in the church.
Perfect in Matthew 4:58 means whole, complete, and (in) right (relationship) with the Lord.
To do that we must recognize as Mark said that we can't do any of that without surrendering our nature towards sin for Jesus' nature towards holiness. In doing so we will hate our sins, and the sins of others, like Jesus does and we will work with Him and others to remove them from our life within His family. That's the 'perfection' Jesus is talking about in Matthew that makes us whole, complete, and right. But none of that can begin with Jesus or continue with others without proper judgement (that's not hypocritical).
Proper mercy and forgiveness are aspects of such judgement and justice (righteousness) within the church between His children, for without such judgement to get us there with Jesus and keep us there in His family, we'd all be living stones that don't form a body of believers that's been built for the Lord to dwell in as required.
So, judgement is not our enemy, unless it's misunderstood and misapplied in ways that Jesus does not intend for our salvation and sanctification. Given that, allow the Lord and others to help you be and become whole, complete, and right in the faithful holiness we are saved for and enjoy being perfectly imperfect in all of that (like King David) with your brothers and sisters in Christ that you should do the same with.
    In Christ,
    Andrew
P.S. Relationship without rules (the Lord's hedge of protection) also leads to rebellion (e.g. sinful chaos). Both are important, because when the rules are properly united to the right relationships they lead to reconciliation and redemption!
