+arj cashi change the note length above the piano roll by clicking on the note symbol and changing it to 1/1 place a note into the piano roll then change the note length back to "last note"

decided to try lmms cos fl studio stopped working and ableton was very user unfriendly. this is a lot simpler but i dont know how to do a lot of things in here.
Hey, so I followed the tutorial, but along the way I've been doing some things different from you to try and make the beats as distinct as possible (although they are more similar than I had hoped). Have said this, does the beat I did count as mine or yours?
I really just need a human in person to do this with me -_- For some reason I can barely understand this person's voice (and not even because of the slight accent. I have hearing issues). I also have issues reading anything on LMMS - it's all so darn tiny! Is there a way to make it bigger text? I'm reading all of the comments with so much praise and appreciation and I feel like a sourpuss over here struggling to learn how to create a beat out of my own imagination, let alone how to work the main features of the software. XD I sure hope I get better soon!

You have to press "Ctrl" + Up or Down arrow key when you're on the piano roll, which will move all the notes for that instrument up or down an octave.

Hey nice vid man. Ive got a question though, i cant really hear the 808? and is it really needed to use an 808?
of course, 808 sub bass is essencial in trap beats
and probably you can't hear the 808s cuz ur using your stock pc speakers or shitty headphones or speakers. I recommend getting some wired headphones

when i use lmms, i get this weird distortion sound while making a beat and its kinda annoying, any1 know how to fix this?
