We popped in last week. The gracious Goodalls gave us the grand tour and then broke out the guitars. I can still hear that standard model in my head. What a sound. What craftsmanship. Acoustic Excellence - nuff said.
Proud owner of a Goodall CCJC Cocobolo & German Spruce here. Thank you for making such beautiful instruments! Lovely to see you and your family doing what you love most and giving us an opportunity to enjoy your instruments. My best to all.
James, Jean and Luke: I so enjoyed watching the video of your Fort Bragg workshop. I’m the proud owner of a 2007 custom ordered MP-14. It is a great joy in my life and I aspire to practice every day, so that some day I might prove worthy of the great musical instrument you created. I look forward to visiting Ft. Bragg and touring your new facilities!❤️
I just heard and discovered Goodall guitars today. The very first time I heard of the brand. I’m honestly speechless. Just wow. Unreal. Such amazing tone. Flawless
I think Goodall guitars are underrated. They are beautiful in every way but still contain the simplicity that I love. Impeccably built and so smooth and easy on your fingers that I can't understand why more artists don't play them. I think I know...probably because they are not getting sponsored. Get one if you can. I know they are not cheap but they are worth every penny. I own an RCJC.
we'll never forget meeting your ohana and surfing with you in kona ! where i got my wife an aloha model .& i also still have my RCJ from kevin @ buffalo BROs from over ten years ago! truly inspiring ALOHA ! MAHALO
Thank you Luke for the short notice tour today! Absolutely fantastic! Beautiful work shop and it’s great to see and hear the passion you guys put into these beauties.
I had never played or even seen a Goodall guitar before viewing this video. But Kudos say I. I've been a Martin Dreadnoght owner and player for 45 years so I appreciate attention to quality and good tonewoods. Love your guitar's sound. Good luck
In 2001 I saw a Goodall hanging on the wall of a local guitar shop. From the first note I played, I knew it was something very special. I knew nothing about Goodall back then. Only that it had "the sound."
I remember a Goodall OM demo from Matt Chulka at Eddies guitars and it’s the finest sounding guitar I’ve ever heard. I don’t think anyone goes into this profession to get rich, it’s more a labour of love I’d say.
Me encanta! me llena de pasión la construcción de excelentes instrumentos, Saludos y ojalá algún día tenga la oportunidad de sonar una de estas fabulosas guitarras.
You guys are absolutely fantastic and true to your art. I do wonder how much it actually costs you guys to make that guitar seen in this video because those are master built.
Your production quality and attention to detail is as stellar as your reputation. Your videos and philosophy alone make me want to own a Goodall guitar someday. Do you take walk-ins so one can try some of your guitars, along with a tour perhaps? Thanks much. Really love the family business you have, along with the spirit of apprenticeship which is apparently alive and well in Fort Bragg. Love the videos. :)
Thank you, we are thankful to be able to work together as a family to make these instruments. We do give tours in person, just drop us a message at contact@goodallguitars.com and let us know when you want to visit. You can also see more on our website at goodallguitars.com/about/#shopcontact
@@GoodallGuitars Thank you so much! I'll be in contact for a tour at some point in the near future since we're somewhat close by in Southern California.
Have never owned a Goodall but would love to someday. Played a GC Cocobolo/torrified Addy that was incredible.
