others just questioning for tv appearance so boring... some are really prepared. just my opinion if you could speak it in tagalog or Taglish that's much better and faster rather than hearing more "aaaahhhhh" sounds in between words. Taglish a lot of our ordinary people understand. unless the witness speaks English.

Every word has an ahhhhh sound. Seriously, this congressman has a speech impediment. In one minute of him talking, there were more than 50 aaahhhhs in between his words and phrases. Does he know that this is his norm? Or perhaps replay this video do he becomes more aware of it....

I've seen the entire Live Full Coverage in regards to these HOUSE HEARING ON ALLEGED BILIBID DRUG TRADE. As far as my observations... with all what Jaybee Sebastian's Truthfully Said & Confessed throughout the said Hearing, and with all of what He've done from His initial Crimes He got into, until He got into this Particular Case he's dealing with now. With ALL of what He've gone through... I TRULY BELIEVE, OUT OF THEM ALL... FOR ME, IT'S PRETTY OBVIOUS, JAYBEE SEBASTIAN WAS THE ONLY ONE, HONESTLY & SINCERELY TELLING THE WHOLE TRUTH AND NOTHING BUT THE TRUTH.
