I agree. They sound frantic! I wouldn’t be able to go about my day or sleep at night knowing they’re home alone with no food or water and where are they going potty? Poor things!
I feel so sorry for the dogs next door. Please have management call the family to come take care of the animals or else call animal control. You can’t not ignore the situation now that you are aware. Sorry that the family has forced your hand but the puppy need someone to stand up for them 🐾🐾🐾❤❤🐾🐾
@@kimkamrowski4069 I totally agree. Neighbors need to step in when family is not taking care of pets. Call the park manager, the humane society and the police until somebody gets those dogs out of their situation.

I am really worried about those dogs next door. Can you call the family, or the SPCA? I hate to think they are starving, no water, and heat exhaustion. They are obviously being mentally tortured to be barking like that 24 hours a day.
I love decorating for a new season. Especially fall and I do Halloween but that’s mostly because I love love nightmare before Christmas movie. So all my stuff is jack and Sally

If you can't contact the family, and no other agency will help you, the police station will do something about getting them out. They can't stay in there and die. I'm sure the police will probably have the pound with them to take the animals, but I wonder when you call, or go into the station, if you could request a no kill, or an spca that doesn't just put dogs down, like a regular pound. I know it isn't your problem, but I just feel so bad for them. They are crying for help.

Sometimes it’s just one bulb that burned out and causes the whole strand to not light. Maybe you can look under a bright light and just replace that bulb. I’ve done that with Christmas lights that burned out.
