Simply 11month lease will be considered as "other lease" for which we don't need proper registration

There is no need to register the 11 month agreement. However 12 month agreement required to be registered that's why rent agreement is usually of 11 month.

If we do agreement, which is less than 12 months,it is considered as rent and there is no need to registered it.
