Hey love , unfortunately you cannot have an on campus apartment until you have enough credits to be considered a sophomore. However, there are apartments located off campus that anyone can register for.

As an OUS student depending on you GPA your out of state fees can be waived ! Housing will usually be about $1,825 for a freshman dorm. For my on campus apartment it is about $2,805 for a 2 bedroom w/ a roommate. I am not too sure about per semester. However it should pop up on google.
