I’m doing the aquarium SAL too! I got my fabric at Threadneedle Street because we happened to be passing through on the way to visit my oldest and go to Comicon in Seattle. I just adore that shop! For water - I’m better drinking water at work because I take a drink every time I walk by my locker (where my water bottle is). Tying water drinking to another already established habit could help!
To drink more water I start my day off with a big cup of water, drink Sparkling water like Waterloo. Also buy a fun water bottle or cup ( Yeti or Hydro Flask). I also use a straw help me drink more. Hope this helps 😊
It really depends on what you stitch. I personally sort them by number; that way I can find what colour I am looking for. But if you are someone who searches for flosses based on what they look like (eg: you freehand embroidery pieces) then sorting them by colour might be easier for you to see your options. It is just a personal preference, really! No right or wrong way to do it ❤

It’s completely ridiculous that I have to do this but I set a 10 minute timer on my phone and every time it goes off I take a drink of water.
I might have to resort to something similar, TBH..!
