Six years later and I'm still sad that supercorp isn't canon.. Lena and Kara had so much chemistry since their first scene together but I'm glad that we had moments with them especially when they're alone together and have heart to heart conversations. Melissa and Katie have done an excellent job as their character's and I'm deeply sadden that we will never have Kara and Lena on screen together again for the foreseeable future but I'm thankful to have seen these two amazing women on screen together ❤

If they wanted a safe route the writers could always go with the comics and make Kara bisexual, but not have anything beyond a platonic relationship with Lena to "protect her" or take the apparent chemistry from the 100th episode and have one character admit prior to their death (like Castiel in Supernatural 15x18) their love before losing them. (laughing at the idea of a deathbed confession because it's not a good look). Since going through season 4 I kept thinking of Kara if not both as being bisexual but the writers given them bad male romances, recently viewing Lena as a demipansexual given her relationship with James compared to her interactions with Kara

Lena saying in a flirty way "Do tell" and "Well I'm human" in season 2, her buying Catco for Kara (which cost 750M) in season 3, in season 4 killing her own brother to protect Kara (she said to Kara "I killed my brother for you, for our friends [...]"). In season 5 she was willing in the end of the season to sacrifice herself and took a dagger full of Kryptonite to save Kara's life & finally in season 6 she was ready to let hundreds of thousands of people die to bring Kara's back while her own SISTER Alex was ready to let her sister go and do the right thing... what Lena did was literally how Lois was when Clark was in the Phantom Zone. Also the way they looked at each other... friends don't do that. Kara went to Paris (the city of love), Milan & Dublin to bring Lena's favorite foods. This is literally what Superman did for Lois, especially Paris, again, the city of LOVE. Kara almost changed the entire history to save her friendship with Lena, this is also what Superman does for Lois in Superman 1978 or what Clark also did for Lana (his first girlfriend) in Smallville, also what Barry did in The Flash for his mother and Iris, his wife. Kara stole just for Lena so she could sleep well. Lena also literally sacrificed her ex boyfriend to save Supergirl... She did a silver statue for Supergirl... They bite their lips a lot in season 2 to each other... They looked at each other's photo when they miss each other exactly like lovers does (like Clark & Lois in Smallville, Oliver & Felicity in Arrow...). They are more than 100+ parallels between Supercorp & Clois. And btw they are confirmed to have a date in the Batwoman Earth-Prime Comics, the writer confirmed it. Not our fault if you're blind to the CRAZY chemistry, the way they look at each other, the romantic tropes, the parallels, the crazy potentiel (A Luthor & A Super together has a forbidden love vibe to it similar to Romeo & Juliet) & just everything they did for each other in general. Also if Lena was a male, you would consider these scenes romantic but since it's between two women, It's just a deep friendship.
