Yo what up everyone! I tested performance mode with this brand new $500 Gaming PC! Black Friday deals are coming up so its time to introduce a new pc build to the channel. Let me know what budget parts ya want to see ($550ish budget) This upcoming Saturday I will benchmark the $50 Dell OptiPlex PC 🫡💯💯Stay Safe Everyone!
I have the exact same set up but didnt have a graphics card so after this and some vids i saw that rx 6600 was the best choice and still think its the best
I've just ordered the rx 6600 at $189 one of the lowest prices so I don't regret at all, thinking about pair the graphic card with a r 5 5600 that's currently $83 bucks on amazon or either go with an $130 R 7 5700x that's currently on promo, what you'all think its better, I've checked that there's a minor bottleneck with the R7 2700x using this graphic but will age better
Yes brand new both trough amazon, actually now the 5600 is on 107 and the 5600x at 105 due season deals. The R7 5700X still on 130 bucks sorry it was the 5700x the one I was talking about not the 2700x
how is your pc running performance without any stutters and you have a amd cpu and gpu whenever i try to play performance i go from like 200+ down to like 100 everytime i start fighting and i have a amd ryzen 5 7600 paired with an rx7600 but when i run dx12 i have no stutters whatsoever
Why is your performance significantly better than mine? i have rx 6600 and 5600g and it struggles with keeping stable 120fps on both dx12 and performance
Try these tips for better fps or at least to make it more stable (BTW many pro players like reet, clix, bucke, peterbot have been experiencing stutters and drops despite having like the best cpu's and gpus, so its happening to everybody) Fortnite knows there's a stutter issue right now so they are working on an update to fix the stutter problems. so try dx12 if its still bad Bios/UEFN Settings 1. Enable XMP/DOCP (This will make the ram run at a faster frequency which can boost fps) 2. Enable 4G Decoding 3. Enable Resize Bar 4. Here’s a part picker list. It’s the same specs as the pc I used in this video, just that the brands are different. Such as the gpu, same card but made by a different brand which is still good. pcpartpicker.com/list/GfYyfd Let me know if u want a $600 pc part picker list. With back Friday sales going on rn it’s worth going for a $600 pc since the parts that are on sale add up to be a $600 pc.
This seasons ends in 17 days and it performs pretty good with a 180FPS CAP. (This season has stutter issues, but fortnite is working on fixing those issues) The Ryzen 5 5600 is better than the one I used in this video so its a solid combo. Next season is ch6 and OG CH1 so You'll be good with those parts

Do you know which i5? The i5 12400f will be better for gaming. Depending on where you live the Ryzen 5 5500 is usually cheaper. For me I live In the U.S. so the Ryzen 5 5500 is around $83 while the i5 12400f is around $112. If I had to choose between those 2 based off performance and pricing (U.S. Dollar) I would go for the ryzen 5 5500. You can later upgrade to lets say the 5700x3d or a used 5800x3d

Make sure you have vsync disabled 6. Do not have chrome tabs open and close unused background apps. 7. Try to see what your cpu temperatures are when your playing. If it’s over 80 degrees then you will lose a bit of performance. (HW monitor let’s you see your temps) 8. Lower your bitrate on your Radeon recordings. If you don’t record at all just turn off the recordings

Do you play on performance mode? Also make sure you have the hdmi cable plugged into your actual graphics card. Performance mode uses less of the gpu. On DX12 the gpu gets utilized more and this can help with frame stutters
@@SandwichTech_ Yes, I use displayport, but I still don't understand why it works like this. The only improvement I had was increasing the resolution to 2k, but there is a delay.
I would use DX12 but I don't like the way it looks, and I'm sure it's not my PC, because it's the only game I've had that problem with, which consumes more CPU than GPU.

Hello, I was wondering how the rx 6600 paired with the ryzen 5 7600 will do in 1440p? This is going to be my first pc ever and I’m stuck between 2 options for a monitor: 24in 1080p 240hz or 27in 1440p 144hz. The reason I’m stuck is because well I do mainly play fps games but would also want the extra screen real estate since I’ll be editing and multitasking. Either or will be an upgrade since I currently play on a 32in 720p 60hz tv. I just need help choosing which will be the better fit for me👍
@@Cojoc_9 yeah, you will get better fps than what I did in this video and it will work very well for cs2. If you cap it to 165 that’s pretty much stable 165 throughout the whole forntite match.
How do you get such performance with the parts? I have close to a full replica of your build, yet I can't get it past 160 fps in DX12. Performance mode is a whole other story. My Fps increases by maybe 20 fps(give or take), but it always drops to around 70.
Turn off direct 12 in your fn settings and put everything to low graphics, also use potato graphics too it boost your fps by at least 100, i had a 3050 and was running smooth 200 fps in game with potato graphics and no direct 12
Unfortunately i don't have that CPU. I do have the 5900x which only gets around like 20-25 extra fps on performance mode. I made a vid with the 5900x and the 3060 so just discount like 20-25 fps for low and performance mode settings. I wish I could test the 5600x but See if someone has tested it on yt.

I'm getting a pc for Christmas. Please tell me if a ryzen 5 5500 is better than i5 core. Which one should I get?
Do you know which i5? The i5 12400f will be better for gaming. Depending on where you live the Ryzen 5 5500 is usually cheaper. For me I live In the U.S. so the Ryzen 5 5500 is around $83 while the i5 12400f is around $112.
If I had to choose between those 2 based off performance and pricing (U.S. Dollar) I would go for the ryzen 5 5500. You can later upgrade to lets say the 5700x3d or a used 5800x3d

@@SandwichTech_ Sweet thanks!
Hi, I have a problem, I have the same components as you but I hardly use my graphics card, do you know why this can happen?
Do you play on performance mode? Also make sure you have the hdmi cable plugged into your actual graphics card.
Performance mode uses less of the gpu. On DX12 the gpu gets utilized more and this can help with frame stutters
@@SandwichTech_ Yes, I use displayport, but I still don't understand why it works like this. The only improvement I had was increasing the resolution to 2k, but there is a delay.
I would use DX12 but I don't like the way it looks, and I'm sure it's not my PC, because it's the only game I've had that problem with, which consumes more CPU than GPU.
@@LuwyPA Fortnite is mostly a cpu based game so naturally it will utilize the cpu more than the gpu. (Especially in performance mode)

With a ryzen 7 5700g and rx 6600 it gets 240 cap in game?
hey did you overclock the pc in the video?
Nope it’s stock benchmarks. No overclocks
I just need help choosing which will be the better fit for me👍
Buy 240 hz u don't need to play 1440p not that big of a deal

How do you get such performance with the parts? I have close to a full replica of your build, yet I can't get it past 160 fps in DX12. Performance mode is a whole other story. My Fps increases by maybe 20 fps(give or take), but it always drops to around 70.
