At joyboys base i got 3 supply for gamesters, but i cant give it to someone, it is broken or i doing something wrong??

In desert you can meet joy dealers who know Buzzo and if you go to the roof - you can have supplie that must be given joy boys in the Uptown (Sweet Breeze).
Never did this, but by logic i think you must deliver this supplie to them.

@@Lemistio123 When you gather all three sane marauders, you go to the village.
Joel will stand on guard and that's the spot where he unlocks.
It means now you can put him away and use 3 members (idk who will do this in usual gameplay, but facts is facts).
It will work on any save anytime.
