No, I believe not. They only have the console because they had previously bought a VIP server, also known as a private server. When you are host of the VIP server, you recieve a special console like that you can fiddle with. But only when its in your private/VIP server can you use it. Thanks for reading!

And when I played I didn’t have it POV: so basically I spent 240 robux for no reason. Because I got nothing out of it. It’s like donation.
