Q: How come you don’t get fat?
A: I eat like this for 1 hour of a 168 hour long week. In simple terms, I eat at caloric maintenance over the course of time, meaning I don’t gain weight. If you're interested in learning more, see the ‘But How Come You're Not Fat' and 'It Was Just A Normal Day...' videos available on my channel.
Q: Don’t you worry about your health?
A: Not in particular. I’m active. I eat nutrient dense foods five days a week. And, I get quarterly bloods done, amongst other health checks.

Your comment took me back. Everyone used to call me beard at my old job. I tied my beard at the bottom like he does. I agree that was massive. Have you ever failed to eat a challenge, not due to time? Much respect!!!!
When that woman said "I've see a lot more scruffy eaters" I just about fell off my chair. The British are just naturally humorous and then add the accent on top and it is hilarious. An observation from a Canuck.
How does coke help this
Coke pulls rust from steel and disintegrate food.
Also change of flavour helps to keep things moving.

I knew it would be a good one when the first words spoken in the pub were "ey up". Knew Adam was in God's own country of South Yorkshire just from that greeting and accent. The lass cracked me up though with that comment.

I just recently found this channel and absolutely love it! I think my family is tired of me saying "Guess what I watched Beard eat today!?!". The commentary is amazing and I love that none of the titles are click bait. You are always left wondering till the end if you're going to win or not. Happy new year and grats on the success!

I never comment simply for the reason that they get lost in so many but i’ll never understand why Matt has around 15 Mil subs. You consistently put out great content which in my opinion is more engaging than a few other also great competitors.

its lunch time here in southern Ky, we just watched this and gotta say we are now really hungry, that platter of disaster was definitely huge, not sure where you store all that food inside your body, beginning to think you carved a hole in your stomach and the food drains into your shoes. thanks beard, this was awesome as always!

Used to be a rave on in Doncaster called "Donny Warehouse". was one of the best raves in the country back in the early 90's. Me Dad spoke very highly of it.

"don't know what it was" 4:54 yeah mate, that's what is known as "tiger bread" due to the pattern on the crust, it's lovely. at school we used to buy one and a big bag of salt and vinegar Crips. Then you rip the end off the tiger bread, pull out all the bread in the middle, then crush up your bag of Crips and full up the hollowed out tiger loaf. It was a delicacy back in the 90's when were a lad...
ha ha, also like space raider croutons in your pot noodle, ha ha.
PS: yeah we'd actually eat the bread that was pulled out from the loaf... sometimes we'd feed the ducks as well though, as had a pond near by with loads of swans and that.

If you come back to Wales, I've seen a place in Pontardawe called The Ranch Steak House that do a 200oz steak!! I've been there twice and bothe times were amazing!

Those mushrooms were beasts! That’s the sort of mushrooms I wish every place had when they say something has mushrooms in it. Is there a difference between that black pudding and blood pudding other than how thick it was cut? It looked like there big white cubes of something in it.
