I believe what you are trying to say is just cause some one pursuits wisdom doesn't necessarily mean that they are a philosopher. Well the answer to that is the definition of philosophy:- love wisdom and wisdom is the pursuit of knowledge, experience and understanding and making a sound argument. So any question you ask that is valid and has a TRUE premise is a philosophical question which makes you a philosopher.
