Its easy for me. I do it all the time. Me and a bunch of other kids my senior year in spanish class used to do it to piss off my teacher. She had a thing with noise. So we would cover our mouths and go back and forth between eachother so she couldn’t pinpoint where it was coming from. Shit was funny was hell..but ya girl still got a A+ cause like good ol miss alyssa I was a teachers pet.

this is gonna sound so weird but make sure ur tongue is really wet and then make it kinda stiff and put it at that space on the roof of ur mouth where u kinda feel it going up a bit (it’ll be like a centimeter away from ur teeth). so put it in the middle of that and then suck in and move ur tongue forward (toward ur teeth) at the same time and then pull it down rlly fast and make sure it doesn’t touch the bottom or else it will just sound like a click. sorry i suck at explaining
