You don't have to remove both bolts on the intake bracket (on the Left side). Just take off the top and loosen the bottom bolt to let it swing out of the way. Then you have access to the middle plug. The PCV valve is there too; at the rear. Might want to replace that when replacing the plugs. This is an excellent, straight to the point video.
Denso or NGK are good. The OEM ones are toyota denso (90919-01191), which crosses over to a denso 3421 at your local parts stores (you'll see the actual number on the side of these plugs will be sk20hr11.

My 5/8 socket isn’t grabbing old spark plugs - what should i do
Loosen them all the way with the spark plug socket. Then use a telescoping magnet in the hole to pull up the spark plugs
