The borrowed clothes read was a dart to the heart. What she wore to Theresa's wedding was what she owns. She borrowed all of the clothes on the show, which is why Andy got such a deep gut laugh.

She wore feathers and leather to lunch on the show (in the desert) but said she said she had no dress or glam for the wedding and wore that plain outfit with her toes hanging over the front of her shoes. She's also admitted to borrowing clothes, jewelry, and even wigs from Lesa on her lives. She even wore Lesa's wig in her cast photo. It's why Stansbury and Andy laughed. They know her clothes are borrowed.
Plus, she's the only one who didn't film in her home. She's faking it until she makes it. As a woman over 45, this show might be her last chance at riches/celebrity.

I think it was 2020/2021 that Bravo approached Caroline to come back to the Network in her own RH show and she had the choice of it being in London or Dubai.
