    Thanks, I have the same year. My 02 sensor Bank#1 - sensor #2 is bad also. But I only have 89,000 miles. Well after trying to remover the two nuts holding the sensor on, they both broke off. Now what the heck, I guess I will try to drill and retap them.

    This video is so helpful, thank you for posting it! I have an 02 Tacoma just like this one. Does the upstream sensor have the same part number as the down stream sensor or should I look for a different sensor for downstream?

    • @JorgeS.

    How do you unclip the connector? The connector body is mounted to the sheet metal with a plastic clip. I can't get it out of the sheet metal and I'm afraid I'm going to break something.

    • @JorgeS.
      @JorgeS.  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      I used a panel/trim removal tool to remove it you can probably use a flat head screw driver as well.

    I let some ding a ling “work” on my 2000 4x4 taco. He broke 1 post off the bank 1 sensor and left my sensor harness unplugged and hanging. I got a new sensor, but I cannot for the life of me find where the o2 sensor harness connects to. Could you tell me where that harness leads to? I will literally cash app you if you can respond in the next 24hrs

    • @Hj61S827
      @Hj61S827 ปีที่แล้ว

      For anyone in the future, the 2000 Tacoma 4x4 with locker, the bank one harness is on top of the transmission, it’s viewable once you feel it, but only from the drivers side.
