The rarest northstar serpent is actually the Atlantean / Sunken / Aurora version. Nuclear is only the 4th rarest
You use unbreakable enchant with both rods and it allows u to catch them(Atlantean, aurora and Sunken are the only mutations exclusive to their rods)
