@@shallyhally7664 Bhai.. I'm too tried.. The answer is 1.75 for me approx. Value..
2-1/4=1.75
3^(1/2)= (4-1)^1/2
=4^1/2 - 1/2*4^1/2
=2 - 1/4
=1.75
Through this method we got approximate value alone
Yes I use Chandan's method, through this we get approximate value alone
I wish I had of found this channel earlier.. (about 47 years ago) 😂🤣👍

Thanks for the help Sir. Smart Work outweighs hard work.
Wow very nice chala easy ga vundhi..... I am very happy
Whilst the host of this video gives a great trick for finding the square root of non-perfect squares, he should have mentioned two important things: a) the answers achieved will only be accurate to no more than 2 decimal places, and b) to get the most accurate answer you need to use the perfect square that is closest to the number to for which you are calculating the square root. For example, if you are looking for the square root of say 27 you will get a more accurate answer if you base it on 25 (5 squared) rather than 36 (6 squared).
Simply it's BINOMIAL THEOREM upto 2 nd term (1+nx).Please give this theorem credit/ mention at least.
Who are u to tell him to ask for credits if u have not made the formula what's the formula if u have to watch them watch otherwise get lost
@@gamerzground1086 Shut up, if you were mature you would know that he is right.

Don't follow this trick answers differ from the real one. And you'll not get exact value as by this trick root 12 is 3.5 but actually it is 3.46

A trick just means an easy way to do something you fathead. . You know like tricks of the trade doesn't mean you invent something new, It means you make something simple dumb dumb.
Your way of speaking is beautiful
Nice explain sir many many thanks.I understand completely 👍
Super sir it's so useful to me bcoz I'm studying tenth☺️
the way you talk is just mesmerizing
so clear....thanks for sharing Professor
this was a helpful video, big thanks
I swear I been stuck on this since The school started and I hate my math teacher he barely explain 😤😤😤 And Thank you so much to you for explaining omg yes You’re so amazing 😭😭😭
This method is derived from calculus. Although it's a very good method to find the approximate value of square root of a non perfect square but it does not provide the precise value for values upto 3 or more decimal places . For eg square root of 38 is 6.1644.. but by this method we get the result 6.1667..
Who cares dumb dumb? No one's that particular in the real world.
Mr Chandsn ,u r genius in maths. Very clear explanation with clear voice
Super
Thanks.
A huge thank sir

Omg you're just amazing tks bro
Awesome video! Really very helpful.....I will definitely recommend it to my friends!
Sir I calculated the root of 13 with your trick my answer is 3.66 but the answer by the calculator is 3.60
Yes something is wrong in this trick... This trick value is different than calculator value 🤧
@@s6h7n93 yes slightly different
it gives approx value to 1 decimal place.
Great explanation sir. Very useful
Thanks sir.u clear my doubt very easily..It's so helpful to me
Hello...great method...you take, in fact, the two first terms of the Taylor series!!!! Fantastic
But when we applied to the problem then the answer will be in huge difference 🙄
Exactly
@@shallyhally7664 bruh using this method I get 1.75 for square root of 3
Sir really you are an angel from heaven for students like us
Wow!very amazing person!
Mind blowing, thank you very much anan
Great Job, but you should emphasize that students should know the square root of 2 = 1.414 by heart and the same for the square root of 3.
Square root of 3 is 1.75 approximately
@@mindrelaxationmusic3267 I wasn't a math or physics major and I wasn't going to invest in an expensive handheld calculator back then since Calculus and Differentials were only my elective courses. I did develop an instantaneous squaring system for those numbers commonly squared. Example 12 squared is 144 while 13 squared is 144 + 12 + 13 = 169. 15 squared is 225 + 15 + 16 = 256. The same can be done for squaring lower numbers. Ex: 24 squared = 625 - 25 -24 = 576. The known squared number, plus its value, plus the next number higher. I hope I made sense.

@@s6h7n93 1/2 century ago I elected to take calculus for a better mind. I also did repetitious weight lifting. The combination of the two invoked this postulate into my thinking. It was our President Abraham Lincoln who influence my math studies for a better mind, while it was your Chandra Raman who influenced my habits for a better body and soul. I am a vegetarian. Incidentally, all the Hindi Engineers I worked with had the last name of Patel. Thanks for responding, I am impressed.

You are just amazing !!!! 🔥🎉
Sir telugulo kuda explain cheyandi sir pls
If we calculate square root of 10 as 16 - 6, we are getting "3.25". But if we do as 9 + 1 its correct as 3.16. As you said we can either add or subtract. Why should we only take as 9 +1, why not 16 - 6.
Choose the closest perfect square. In the example you have listed nine squared is closer to 10 than four squared. So select 9 squared.
Brilliant Trick Sir
Thank you very much
