    if his funnel is that much crap, how did he initially win the skool games

    • @themaxstoic
      @themaxstoic  วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      Because he has millions of die hard fans.
      Making $76,000 a month is good by most people standards, but with as many fans as Hamza has its actually a very low number

      @@themaxstoic if he initially can get enough members to win the skool games, then he can get enough members the next month as well no? and the next month? Even if retention is only 1 month, he'd still get new members. It's not like he already exhausted his following. So what is the real reason for the decline? It cannot be the skool-about page (landing page)

      @@gertleroy He is losing members faster than he his making new ones. He peaked, was getting more members than what he was losing, and therefore his skool was growing, but now it's the opposite. But nonetheless, 70k/month just with skool, not even inclusing his TH-cam ads revenues, group/private calls, etc. he is most likely above 100k/month, so he is still way more successful than most of people.

      @@abeurakadabeura so the question is, what has changed? This video talks about a badly converting skool about page, but when he was peaking, he had that same about page (maybe with different copy - the copy can change off course). Maybe there are factors we don't have data about, like e.g. FB ads. Maybe he was running FB ads at a loss when he was peaking, bevauce the cost of FB ads is not subtracted from your MRR. This video seems to emphasize a lot the crappy skool about page, but Hamza had that same about page when peaking.

      MRR is monthly recurring revenue so no??

    • @DrMichaelDiMarco
      @DrMichaelDiMarco 22 ชั่วโมงที่ผ่านมา

      @@DriftDojo-vr3pq in Skool games they calculate New MRR for that ranking board he showed within Skool games so every month in order to rank you need to calculate New MRR in order to win so even new people to the platform have a chance. A better way to calculate would be to see how many members are in an actually paid group then multiply by the monthly amount to get an estimate.

    • @themaxstoic
      @themaxstoic  21 ชั่วโมงที่ผ่านมา +2

      Quote from Skool's dashboard itself "MRR is the current monthly recurring revenue from new and existing customers this month."
      got to Skool games > Leaderboards > All time
      Thats where it shows total MRR
      Editor forgot to show correct screenshots in vid, but current total MRR for Hamza is $74,362

    What? Max Literally has the same system that Hamza is using, The issue here isn't so much the system....Yes the vsl can be tweaked for better conversion. The issue is the Perception of value, he is just not solving enough of a problem and the community management and engagement need work.

    • @DimetriWatt
      @DimetriWatt วันที่ผ่านมา

      Also, Max's Ads are all going back to his group funnel (yes, he does have external software capturing and following up) but there isn't that much of a moving piece. Skool about page currently converts better than funnel. This is an okay video but you should have done more of your research.

    • @themaxstoic
      @themaxstoic  22 ชั่วโมงที่ผ่านมา +2

      My business is running completely different funnels to Hamza:
      1. We don't run any payments on Skool
      2. We don't run any communities on Skool anymore (we've moved to whop)
      3. We use email marketing on the backend
      4. We use webinars to nurture leads
      5. We use sales calls and setters for high ticket sales
      6. We use professional well made landing pages for mid-ticket sales
      And I don't currently run any ads for my own personal funnel on any platform, so I don't know why you're claiming I do lol
      that being said, Hamza's offer is also wildly off so you're right about that
