sorry for asking a silly question but what is the gold container you are getting the gloss top coat from. do I tried pouring some top shiny coat out and then using the dotting pen but it doesnt dot errr?

I created holographic silver acrylic paint just by adding several different colors of MICROFINE GLITTER to the silver acrylic paint.You would get the same holographic effect if you added several different colors of MICROFINE GLITTER to cheap.dollar store silver nail polish.
