Thanks for the video. If you have Ghub set to run on startup, you will have to end both processes in task manager, then re-open Ghub.

TIP: the camera may be under "Cameras" in device manager, and not under imaging devices

Thank you for this. I'm not sure what my malfunction is, but how then do I record? I used it before by searching for my camera on my Windows laptop and just hitting record. But the screen is blank like the c920 isn't attached. But from the software, as you've shown here, I can see myself. Great, but where do I go to record? please.

So happy to find this, but the logitec g hub is only downloading for games. no camera option
So I use this camera on my Xbox x and I need to have it zoomed in a bit. Do I go into this program hook it up to my computer and adjust it and then I can use it back on the Xbox at the correct Zoom settings? Thank you

Thank you! I was really struggling to find this and it was pissing me off because the logi tech did not come with instructions for this part
So now that I’ve done everything on my computer to setup. Can I finally hook up the camera to my PlayStation? Since that is where I will be streaming from. Or will I just have to return another camera that’s isn’t compatible. Since the ps4 isn’t compatible with majority of webcams.
Under device manager the webcam could be under a topic called : cameras as well. For those where it is different and can't find it. Thanks for the informative straight forward video :)

Hi Andrew- Question- I've tried to download G-Hub software but my mac book air says "You have macOS 10.12.6. The application requires macOS 11.0 or later." Anything I can do to rectify this?

Unfortunately The zoom doesn't work on my computer . Everything else works. I'm very frustrated. I tried everything !! I even tried to download Logitech Capture , once downloaded and installed it doesn't open . Maybe you have a suggestion ? Thanks.
When I plug mine in, nothing happens
i have my webcam plugged in but its not showing up in the g-hub software
Before installing the "Capture 2.08.11" software, the system deleted the "Logitech Webcam Software" software, but aren't they 2 different software?
Why when I look at the camera after I plug it in is there a ugly gremlin thing on the screen ?? Also need to point out that when I move it moves too.
So, my device: a lenovo IdeaPad 3, says that the app is not Microsoft verified. Any advice?
I plug in the camera and my computer doesn't even register it. I assume the camera cord may not be working?
I also bought a c920e and it is also not recognized in this program. So I went to get download options on the Logitech page for the c920e. G Hub is not available. What's there is another program: Camera Settings. In it the camera appears, but the settings I make disappear as soon as I restart the computer. So I still need to reconfigure the c920e whenever I use OBS Studio.

what if you only have 2 usb ports on your laptop and your using both of them for a mouse and keyboard?
My c920s appears in my Device manager, BUT, not under Imaging Devices. It is listed under "System Devices". My desktop has a default camera that I wanted to replace. How do I disable the legacy default (built in) camera and make the Logitech my default Imaging Device? BTW, great, clear instructional vids, thanks!

why when i open the ghub, the text for the zoom, focus, exposure setting etc is greyed out? i cant change anything

I don't get any 'Imaging Devices' entry in W10. C920 works fine on LapTop but not seen by PC with W10
I'm not sure if this is out of date now but for me none of the settings that highlight in your software highlight for me. I downloaded the exact one. So I'm not sure if there is something I have to unlock in the settings first somewhere or that the software is like discontinued or something , cause right now it literally does nothing other then showing a preview of what my camera sees so totally useless as is.

I upgraded my laptop to Windows 11 and my Logitech C920 Pro HD webcam stopped working. Everytime I connect it, it disables my audio. I have tried updating drivers and it says I have the latest driver. I loved this webcam, is there anything I can do?

For me the options are grayed out in Ghub for my C920. It recognizes it, gives image and lets me change camera modes, but not zoom / sharp / light changes.

Found out what I needed to do. You need to add another Camera Mode in the C920 settings :) Now i can change the settings

Does anyone know why my camera is so out of focus when I use it? Like it's only clear when I'm super close to it but anytime I move back, it becomes really blurry.
