Você precisa configurar o arquivo de envio com os seus dados. Tipo e-mail de envio, senha etc. (conforme esta no vídeo)

It work on localhost(Local server) but not work in Cpanel it shows error "SMTP Error: Could not connect to SMTP host. Failed to connect to server

Contact your cpanel provider and ask for mail-host for the given or added email id.
Also please check have you given the correct path for SMTP require.
