All Bollywood movies are. According to law, Indian film producers will have to share ownership with at least a Bangladeshi owner so that it can be released. So some joint movies between Dhaka-Kolkata do get released. But Hindi producers are not interested in Bangladesh, lol.
Bangladesh seriously loses out on everything, why cant they just allow Hindi films and of course they're not interested in Bangladesh. Bangladesh has to give something back to them in order to be interested. I laugh one day India and Pak become one and Bangladesh is forgotten.
